If you are having trouble logging in to your Passionflix  account, please check the following:


  1. Use the Correct Email Address
    Make sure you are using your registered email address to log in.
    Double-check for any typos or spelling mistakes in the email field

    Remember: Passionflix accounts have two separate email addresses, and this is the most common cause of login failures:

    Contact emailUsed for newsletters, receipts, and password reset emails❌ No — this cannot be used to log in

    ⚠️ This is the #1 login issue. If you changed your contact email at some point, you may be trying to log in with it — but your login username is always the original email you used to create the account. It cannot be changed.


  2. Ensure you are on the correct login page.

    On mobile devices, make sure you click on Login
