A Passionflix subscription can be canceled at any time. 

You need to identify where you purchased your Passionflix subscription

Purchased on WEB https://watch.passionflix.com/

  • Log in to your account through the web browser (not the app)
  • Click on the "You" section in the top right corner
  • Choose "My Plan > "Cancel Offer"
  • Give your feedback and then click on cancel
  • You can access this page through this link




  • To prevent unwanted charges on your credit card please cancel your subscription the latest 2 days before your billing date.


Purchased on iOS or Android or Roku App


If you have purchased from your mobile App Google or Apple IAP ( In-app purchase) or from your Roku App. You need to cancel in the store where you purchased it.


Google App

 Cancel  through your Google account

  • On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Tap Cancel subscription.
  • Follow the instructions.


iOS App


Cancel through your Apple account

  • On your Apple device 
  • Click on the settings 
  • Click on your Apple ID
  • Select Subscriptions
  • Find Passionflix
  • Click cancel


Roku 
Cancel through your Roku account

  • Sign in to your Roku account and go to Subscriptions
  • Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel and select Turn off auto-renew
  • Continue to use your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle



you will still be able to log in but if you want to watch something you need to subscribe again.


Amazon Prime
