Passionflix Help

If the trailer plays but the movie shows a black screen:

• Use the Passionflix app, not a browser. Movies don't play in phone, tablet or TV browsers. Get the app on Google Play.
• Connected to a TV with a cable or adapter? Both devices must support HDCP copy protection. Try Chromecast or the TV's own Passionflix app instead.
• Screen recording or mirroring apps can also cause a black screen. Turn them off.
