Create your account
- Go to Create account, or open the app and tap "Sign up".
- Enter your name, email address and a password of at least 6 characters.
- Check the spelling of your email. It becomes your username.
- Choose a plan and pay, or skip for now to watch the free titles.
If it doesn't work
"Email already in use" or "account exists" You already have an account with that email. Sign in instead, or reset your password.
"Unable to create account" or nothing happens
- Check for a space before or after your email address.
- Make sure the password has at least 6 characters.
- Using Safari? Try Chrome or Firefox. Sign-up in Safari fails for some people.
- Try the other way: if the app fails, use the web at watch.passionflix.com, or the reverse.
- Update the app.
It fails at the payment step See My payment was declined. The most common cause is the bank's security check pop-up being closed or timing out.
You were charged but your account says you have no subscription Don't pay again. See I'm paying but can't watch.
