Before you delete: if you pay through Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku, cancel there first. Deleting your Passionflix account doesn't stop store billing, and once the account is gone you can't sign in to check. See How do I cancel?
Delete in the app
- Sign in to the iPhone or Android app.
- Open the menu and tap "You", then "See my current offer".
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Ask us to delete it
Email support@passionflix.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm when it's done. You don't need to be able to sign in.
What happens next
- Web subscription: deleting the account cancels it immediately. You lose access straight away, even if you've paid until a later date, and the remaining time isn't refunded. To keep watching until the end of your period, cancel instead and ask us to delete the account later.
