On the web
- Sign in at watch.passionflix.com.
- Click "You" in the top right corner, then "My Plan".
You'll see your plan, whether it's active or cancelled, and the date it renews or ends.
In the app
Open the menu, tap "You", then "See my current offer".
Subscribed through a store?
My Plan shows that you have an Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku subscription, but you manage it in that store. See the links in How do I cancel?
No subscription showing, but you're paying? You may be signed in with a different account. See I'm paying but can't watch.
