The limits

  • You can sign in on as many devices as you like.
  • You can watch on up to 5 devices: the first 5 you play something on.
  • You can watch one title at a time across all devices.

Fix "Too many devices"

  1. Sign in at watch.passionflix.com in a browser.
  2. Go to "You", then "Account".
  3. Click "Clear device list".

Go straight to account settings

Then play the movie again on the device you want to use.

Someone else is watching

If a title is already playing on another device on your account, stop it there first. Sharing an account across households means only one person can watch at a time.
