If you can see a locked sign on all movies that means that your account doesn't have an active subscription. You will need to start a subscription on www.passionflix.com.

If you have bought a founding membership or a gift card via Paypal you still need to activate the subscription with the code that you received.

If you are paying with a credit card you might have logged into a second account without a subscription. Please contact customer support at support@passionflix.com if you need help to identify the correct account.
