Passionflix is a service with movies for adults and some of them might be impropriated for minors in your household. Therefore we give you the possibility to activate parental control in your account settings on our website.
Activate parental control
To activate the parental control toggle the setting to on.
When activated you will receive an email with a 4 digits pin code. Every time someone tries to watch a movie with an age rating of 14 or higher you need to enter the pin code to unlock the playback.
This check is also done on content that you have downloaded to your device.
Forgot your pin code?
Go to your account settings and click on "Send me a verification code". You will then receive a new pin code.
Deactivate parental control
To deactivate the parental control toggle the setting off. You will need to enter your pin code to do so.
