If the payment from your credit card is rejected here are some things you can check:


During the registration process 

  • double check that you have inserted the correct credit card data
  • make sure that you have sufficient funds on your card 
  • check that the card is open for online purchases without 3D secure

If the registration of your credit card is still rejected please contact the issuer bank to get more information or our customer support at support@passionflix.com.


Recurring payment for an active subscription

If a recurring payment fails you will receive a payment reminder to your registered contact email so that you can do the following:

  • make sure that you have sufficient funds on your card 
  • check that your card is still valid

If you need to update your payment information please login to your account on passionflix.com and go to your account settings.
