- Have you checked if your computer and browser are up to date? Are there any pending updates?
- Have you emptied the cache and deleted the cookies in your browser?
- Have you re-installed the browser?
- Have you logged out and logged in again? This will update your subscription information.
- Have you restarted your computer?
- Are any other movies playing?
- Is the movie playing on another browser or a mobile device?
- Do you have an active subscription in the account you are using?

- your email address
- the computer model and software version
- the browser version
- the error message
- when do you get the error message
- the movie you try to play
